J’aime quand mes ongles sont naturellement longs et résistants. Ces derniers temps j’ai opté pour de nouveaux gestes simples qui ont vraiment permis à mes ongles de pousser encore plus vite et en santé et j’ai décidé de les partager avec vous. 

De retour en français! Et cette fois çi pour de bon promis! J’avais vraiment envie de blogger en anglais, mais je me suis rendu compte que je devais plus penser à vous et non à moi. Après tout si j’ai créé ce blog c’est pour partager avec vous…alors bon! lol.

3 Gestes simples m’on permis de faire pousser mes ongles Vite et aussi de les maintenir fort et en santé. Mes ongles poussent naturellemen vite, seulement ils se cassent tout le temps. Alors quand j’ai découvert ces 3 astuces, je savais que je devais les partager avec vous. Voici donc mes 3 petits secrets pour avoir de beaux ongles longs et résistants. 

  • Du zinc

Le zinc est un oligo élément antioxdant. Non seulement il contribut au bon fonctionnement du métabolisme, mais il est aussi très important pour la la croissance. Le zinc aide à la santé des cheveux de la peau et oui vous l’aurez devinez, des ongles. Mes ongles poussent vite naturellement mais ils se cassent tout le temps alors j’ai décidé d’augmenter mon apport nutritionnel en zinc et j’ai tout de suite vu la différence! Mes ongles on poussé plus résistant qu’avant, et j’ai aussi sentie les bienfait du zinc sur mes cheveux. Je prend journalièrement des pastilles de zinc que j’ai acheté en pharmacie. Il existe plusieurs marque qui offrent plusieurs saveurs. Le matin avant de sortir de la maison j’en prend une et c’est tout. Des fois je peux en reprendre une autre dans la journée.

  • Limmer, polir et nourrir

Nos ongles on besoin de soins pour etre en santé. C’est important de regulièrement les limmer, polir et nourrir. Seulement moi j’avais toujours la flemme de le faire car je m’imaginais la tâche longue et difficile. j’ai choisi d’oper pour un kit de soin des ongles électronique. Celui que j’Ai c’est celui de la marque Scholl.

Le kit vient avec un petit appareil (piles inclus) auquel on fixe 3 différents embouts. 1 embout pour limer, l’autre pour polir et enfin le dernier pour faire briller , et une huile pour nourrir. L’appareil a deux vitesses ce qui est pratique. Pour les mains j’utilise la première vitesse mais pour les pied des fois je vais j’usqu’à la deuxieme. Attention il ne faut pas forcer sur les ongles sinon on peut les abimer. J’y vais donc avec délicatesse.

  • Toujours mettre du vernis!

Okay si vous ete comme moi, 90% du temps votre vernis est éffrité et demande urgeament d’être refait. Je suis la fille qui n’a jamais le temps de refaire son vernis et ses ongles ne sont jamais beaux. Je n’en suis pas fière car je sais à quel point avoir de beaux ongles bien fait c’est élégant. Mais vous savez quoi? Il faut souffrir et brisé sa flemme pour être belle. Et à force de me faire « violence » et toujours m’assurer que mes ongles sont bien vernis, j’ai remarqué que mes ongle ne ne cassait plus. Dès l’instant où j’enlevais le vernis (je ne prenais pas encore les vitamines donc mes ongles n’était pas résistants) ou qu’ils s’éfritaient mes ongles se cassait! Alors j’ai compris que mettre du vernis apportais comme une couche de protection à ceux çi. C’est logique, plus la couche est épaisse et plus mon ongle est protégé.

Croyez moi, si vous mettez en application ces 3 gestes simples vous verrez vos ongles pousser plus vite et en santé. Il n’y a pas de raison que non.

I decided to limit the WP import script because I saw a true potential for abuse because it super simplified the process of getting products from a datafeed into a WP blog.The datafeed to rss script has a buffer because you will need another software, like the that comes with the OptiNiche package, in order to get the content imported into a blog or website.Nothing’s set in stone yet, so I may change my mind and decide to limit the licenses. The only thing they want is the power of the office and the money they can garner through graft and corruption. This power is as potent to them as sex, and much more fulfilling. I gather that's still used that way in some Catholic countries, but then we'd need to explain when and why it transformed in England. That's part of the problem with this sort of thing.   141. I think a lot of people underestimate Greg Jennings value and talent. Yes, we have guys in the wings ready and waiting for a starting spot, but Jennings is a rare talent. It would be smart for the Packers to not resign him because of the other more core players that the Packers need to keep before a WR. But, we will see the impact of losing Greg Jennings. He may be back next year under the franchise tag, but when he is gone, it will be noticable no matter who replaces him.

This is what Black Sabbath would have been doing if they formed in the 90′s instead and it was extremely enjoyable. Very 70′s Metal like Mountain and Sabbath with a lot more UMPH, which I appreciate.

Yeah, I bet you would. :-pBesides, my Agnula sucks even more for making music than my plain Debian did… I might have a low latency, but what good is that when all the apps segfaults and/or run incredibly slow. :(But in a lot of other aspects Agnula is pretty cool. Everything runs faster than on plain Debian (don’t ask me why)… So I think I’ll stick with Agnula for a while.Regarding the translation of Wesnoth, then we’re pretty fscking fast at it. We have completed 52% in 4 days! So there’s a pretty good chance that a decent Danish translation will be included in 1.0! 🙂

When it was time to move up, it was way cheaper to open the case and upgrade it than to buy a whole new one. I opened the case and added more memory (cheaper to get 5 years later than at the original time of purchase) and then upgraded from Windows 98 to XP. I also later added a USB wireless thingy (technica lterm!), so I could move it to a room without a phone jack., and got a wireless router. .Reply

  160. Hi Nick,That’s interesting. I occasionally put three or four left over plants under big sheets of glass leaning against the wall at the back door. They are watered from the outside tap and never ever do as well as the greenhouse plants which are watered from a butt filled from a burn which runs through our garden. I never gave it a thought before that the water could be making the difference. Although our tap and burn water is soft, the tap water as you say contains fluoride. Thanks for that information.

PJ's hubris apparently knows no bounds. We can only hope the the inevitable "Extended Edition" on DVD will be an hour SHORTER than the theatrical cut. I find myself wondering if the great irony of a group of dwarves and a solitary hobbit trying to recover their stolen gold is lost on the film's viewers?

You never completely eliminate fat in the human body, nor do you completely eliminate waste in an organization. Currently serving in the US Army, my now twenty-year-old son would be my first choice to cover my ass in a fight. One is behind love seat and one is a separate wall that’s away from all furniture. We are also doing built ins on each side of the fireplace. I really liked that I knew many of the places in the story, I go boating in Jordan Lake with my family every year.   444. This is a waste of time and effort. I’ve used the powered floor scrapper with an 8 inch blade on it. you can vary the angle of the blade on the machine. I rented it from home depot to get the motor off of concrete. It did a great job. I haven’t used it on Linoleum Floor but I do have it in my kitchen that needs replacing. I will make a video when I start the job.

Agencies always try to sign clients by saying they can package. but the truth is, and this is evidence right here, that more gets done when the right pieces are put in place, decisions not made by who is repped where.
