Coucou toi! Un gros merci de prendre le temps de faire un tour sur mon site :-). J’ai vraiment de grandes attentes pour le blog cette année et j’espère que tu aimeras mes articles et que tu en apprendra beaucoup. Si tu as des questions ou des suggestions n’hésite pas à m’en faire part. J’aime l’idée qu’on collaborent ensemble pour faire de la boite à macarons une place à nous ♥.
Alors une barre de lotion c’est quoi? C’est simplement du beurre corporel sous forme solide. Si comme moi tu as la peau très sèche en hiver surtout au niveau des mains et des lèvres alors ses petites barres vont très vite devenir tes meilleures amies! Elles sont super pratiques à avoir sous la main. Au contact de la peau, elles fondent et t’hydrate instantanément sans laisser une sensation collante (Yes!).
Tu peux utiliser ces barres comme baume à mains et/ou lèvres mais aussi comme hydratant sous la douche (ou quand tu te lave les mains) Oui oui! plus besoin de mettre de la crème après!
La recette est hyper facile à réaliser, les ingrédients 100% organiques et bio ET tu peux personnaliser tes barres selon tes goûts et préférences.
J’ai choisi comme ingrédient de base la noix de coco pour ses propriétés hydratante exceptionnelles et son odeur délicieuse 😛
Ingrédients
Huile de Coco vierge ou 100% naturelle (4 cuillerées à soupe)
Cire d’abeille en pastilles (3 cuillerées à soupe)
Huile d’Argan pure. Tu peux utiliser une autre huile végétale de ton choix. (2 cuillerées à soupe)
Vitamine E et huiles essentielles (optionnel)
Préparation
(1) Dans un bain marie faire fondre ensemble l’huile de coco, les pastilles de cire et l’huile d’argan.
Faire un bain marie est très simple : tu fait chauffer de d’eau dans une casserole et tu dépose le bol contenant tes huiles par dessus. Ainsi tu peux voir le tout fondre lentement et tu évite de faire surchauffer les huiles sinon elles vont perdre toutes leur propriétés nutritives. Tu peux aussi faire fondre au micro-onde mais fait bien attention de ne chauffer que par temps de 20s jusqu’à ce que le tout soit complètement fondu.
(2) Juste avant que tout ai fondu , ajoute quelques gouttes de vitamine E (la vitamine E est un conservateur naturel. Si tu n’en as pas pour cette recette ce n’est pas bien grave. Tes barres pourrons se conserver jusqu’à 3 semaines voir un peu plus mais tu devra t’assurer de les garder dans un endroit sec) ainsi que les huiles essentielles et senteurs de ton choix : C’est le moment de t’amuser avec ton imagination :-).
Si tu as utilisé une huile de coco sans odeur c’est encore mieux, tu pourra donner n’importe quelle odeur à tes barres! ex : Lavande , Vanille, Fraise, Menthe… Et tu peux même faire des mélange! Pour les huilles essentielles n’en ajoute pas plus de 10 gouttes car se sont des produits très concentrés mais pour les senteurs LACHE TOI AUTANT QUE TU VEUX hahaha! c’est toi qui décide à quel point tu veux que tes barres sentent :-).
(3) Dépose le mélange dans le moule et laisse reposer 1h à 2h. Tu peux mettre le moule au frigo pour accélérer le processus. Dès l’instant où tout a fondu il faudra travailler assez rapidement. Si tu désires que tes barres soient plus hydratantes, met moins de pastilles de cire et plus d’huile. Il ne te restera qu’à démouler tes barres une fois qu’elles auront durcies.
Alors Voila! en deux temps trois mouvement tu tes confectionnées des super cute barres de lotions hydratante et en plus c’est une super idée pour un cadeaux ;-). J’espère que tu les aimeras autant que moi et tient moi au courant de ton expérience! Bisous bisous , Nancy.

- les huiles et arômes ; n’importe quel supermarché ou magasin spécialisé en produits organique. Un que j’aime beaucoup c’est la COOP COCO.

I agree, it is better to practice a few days a week for 5-10 minutes then twice a year for 2 hours, consistency is what creates habit. We are very consistent with much of what we do not want in our lives, time to change : )

I don't know if they can be tracked. If it were me firing them out, I'd number the ARCs. Do Ace do this, I don't know. Of course even if they did you would have to buy the ARC to discover who was selling it. Hi Caroline – The only other Forster novel that I have read is Howard's End. Though it was a while ago I remember it as having being a great novel but no where near being as philosophically complex and did not include the meta – physical musings that I found in A Passage to India. Towards the end of this one, in relation to the Hindu ideas that are introduced, I think that Forster is suggesting that connections with the entire universe, and not just other people are important.

Sep06 I was using only one deck for a while but the need to clarify made me reshuffle to much the remaining cards and so I decided to use another deck but the same one. I cannot believe the level of clarity. The language was clever and more sophisticated. I want to incorporate a third deck, I’m sure it would be even more interesting. I love it and will never go back to just one deck.

If the planet were to have been as lucky as ours, and it was allowed to flourish with life along the same time frame as Earth, what kinda of life could it have created? Would it be like plant life or small organisms? Or what if beings like us were to evolve there. Would they be of lesser intelligence to us or just as smart or more intelligent? What would space exploration have been if we were to communicate? Would they feel threatened by us or vise versa?What possibilities could we have had? The only tip I have, which I have a hard time following, especially for the kitchen… is to always put things away, don't set them on the counter to deal with later because later never comes and things just build up! So I always take care of whatever I bring into the kitchen right away, but on those crazy days when I have my hands full and all 4 kids need me at once… by the end of the day the counters are trashed. Never fails.

either “Oops! Enter a valid telephone number” or “Oops! Please enter a valid 2-letter state.” The keyboard then appears but the app hangs on the error and there is no place to type anything in. Closing and reopening the app when that happens doesn’t help, as the same error comes back. At that point, the only thing you can do is to delete the app and reinstall it, which I have had to do 5 times so far due to that glitch!

But my experience was that the first weeks were much harder than you might expect. My legs would swell. And my spine would twist–they had this huge machine that mapped our spine with a little roll ball. But towards the end of the study, I think I must have toned up my “standing muscles.” Things got quite a bit easier.
